About Campaign

With a history dating back to its inception in 1823, the National Museum of Singapore is the nation's oldest museum with a progressive mind. We began as a small obscure wing in a library read room of the Singapore Institution (later Raffles Institution) at Bras Basah Road, with barely an artefacts in our possession. Close to two centuries later, the museum is now home to a comprehensive collection of artefact and host to a variety of arts and heritage festivals and programmes. We could not have achieved all these without steadfast support from donors and patrons.

Thanks to our supporters who share and believe in the Museum's vision of collecting, preserving, interpreting and presenting a rich history and culture that belongs to all of us, we continue to keep our stories and traditions alive.

With your support, over a million visitors annually walk away inspired by the stories of our past, create new stories of their own and forge new bonds with their families and friends through our innovative programmes and events.

Your generosity enables us to continue building meaningful memories and celebrate important occasions together in the years ahead. Any form of support from you, big or small, means a lot to us.

Share our campaign with your friends and family too!
