Music for a Cause 16 (MFAC16) is Singapore's First Social Cause Concert.

The event is held from 3-4 June 16 at *SCAPE (Playspace)

Migrant Workers' Centre (MWC) is one of the five featured social causes at MFAC16.

The MWC, a non-government organization, was set up in 2009 to champion fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore.
The MWC assists migrant workers redress employment disputes and furthers education and awareness among them of their employment rights. MWC also promotes migrant workers' social integration as well as their harmonious co-existence with Singaporeans at the workplace and beyond.

As case assistance for workers is frequently accompanied by follow-on issues with housing, food and subsistence costs, the Migrant Workers' Assistance Fund (MWAF), the humanitarian charity of MWC, was set up in 2012 (IPC-certified in 2014) to fund humanitarian and emergency assistance rendered to MWC case clients. The MWAF allows the MWC to cover and protect vulnerable workers till their outstanding matters are concluded and is a key resource for the MWC in providing aid to distressed migrant workers.

Music for a Cause 16 believes in the good work MWC is doing.

Support the MWAF by donating an amount and make a difference to the lives of these migrant workers.
