About Us

The Home provides residential shelter and care for boys between the ages of 10 to 18 years old, who have been admitted under the Care and Protection Orders, Compassionate Grounds or are sent by other agencies such as the Juvenile Court and the Ministry of Social & Family Development (MSF). It provides a holistic care for each resident through education, programmes, casework intervention and behaviour modification tools. It instils positive values, discipline and responsible behaviour as well as equipping the residents with essential skills necessary in preparation for their reintegration into their family and society. It provides emotional support to boost up confidence and a sense of self-worth. It minimizes risk of recidivism.

Our Programmes

Programmes available in the Home includes educational support such as reading and tuition classes, rehabilitation through counselling, therapy through arts and sports and life skills/ vocational training such as basic cooking, hair-cutting and IT literacy.

Some of the food items and groceries that our Home needs for the children and youth in our care include coarse sugar, tea powder, condensed milk, bread spreads (e.g jams, peanut butter), cereals, UHT milk and cordial syrups.

There are currently about 70 boys staying our Home. Some of these items are also shared with the families of these boys who are facing financial challenges.
