About Campaignends 31 Dec 2021, 11:59 PM
Morning Star Community Services has stepped up our Counselling and Therapy services for families in Singapore. We are indeed seeing more parents and caregivers among our families facing increased mental stresses and needing such intervention.
As our services are subsidised or offered free especially for families in need and children impacted by their home circumstances, we need your support to continue serving these families and operating our Counselling centre in Sengkang.
Your support would mean the world to these children and families. Please give as you can. Every bit counts. Thank you for your generosity and heart!

About the Charity
Morning Star Community Services is a registered charity and Institution of Public Character which aims to enrich and strengthen family relationships in Singapore. By empowering individuals and families, we strive to build vibrant communities that can make a difference to society.
In a world where challenges to harmonious family relationships are increasing in intensity, Morning Star Community Services also provides upstream, preventive and early intervention programmes, counselling services, and family life education workshops which are conducted regularly for the benefit of parents and their children.
We have two initiatives that serve the underprivileged and disadvantaged children - NOVA and CareNights.
NOVA is school-based (our centres are located in the schools) and reaches out to children who are not doing well in school. They tend to come from low-income and multi-stressed families.
CareNights is a free night care programme for children of families in need. The children come to our centres from 6pm to 10pm on weeknights because their parents are unable to look after them at night for various reasons. We provide dinner and structured activities to enhance the children's learning of skills and values.
