About Campaignends 31 Dec 2021, 11:59 PM
The Supported Employment for Youth programme, which was formed in 2007, started with [email protected] to provide equal access to enriching artistic endeavours for youths with special needs to pursue their mastery in visual arts in a creative and inclusive environment, while creating related training cum employment opportunities under a sustainable framework to empower them with life skills that promote integration, independence and employment. They are meaningfully engaged in the workplace and have colleagues and friends whom they can socialise with.
With the same objectives in mind, Metta Cafe was formed in 2014 and provides F&B vocational training for Metta School graduates aged 18 and above, with mild intellectual disability and/or autism. Our mission is to provide an avenue for these youths to acquire vocational, work and life skills through our comprehensive training and development programmes and to create employment opportunities to help them achieve economic independence, self-reliance and build confidence.
Your donation towards this campaign will provide our beneficiaries the inclusive and conducive environment and support they needed to be gainfully employed and live fulfilling lives.
