About Campaignends 31 Mar 2023, 11:59 PM
Under our Medical arm, our rehabilitation centre caters to patients who require follow-up care after discharge from hospitals or are affected by age-related frailty and conditions such as stroke and arthritis.
Our services are geared towards maximizing our patients' independence level while offering respite to their families and caregivers.
We also provide holistic home care and home hospice care to patients with chronic illnesses or life-limiting illnesses.
Your contribution will help us continue journeying alongside our beneficiaries, whether to help them regain independence or to provide end-of-life care and lend emotional support to their caregivers.
