About Campaign

World Hospice and Palliative Care Day (WHPCD) is an annual unified day of action to celebrate and support hospice and palliative care around the world.

On WHPCD, Metta Medical Care will celebrate palliative and hospice care, sharing on how vital it is, and why we must help everyone to have access on information about this service, no matter where they live, what their age or their background.

A day to share about our support for our clients with life-threatening illnesses and their caregivers. And bring our community together to honor our hospice and palliative healthcare workers and all others who have contributed to improving the quality of life of our clients.

We would like to share this interview video with two caregivers of our clients. They shared about their awareness and opinion of palliative and hospice care. Telling stories to make you smile, cry and reflect!

As the world is still in the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic, where both hospice and palliative care have become even more vital, we would like to share more about our services and how they have benefitted our clients and their family and caregivers.

With your donation, it will allow us to sustain and continue to execute our programs especially vital during this Covid-19 situation such as ease of transportation expenses, enhance quality of services through digitisation and staff training and expenses to maintain new safety management measures.
