Every step counts!
In celebration of reaching a milestone 135 years of history as a school, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) is organising Walking in Step with ACS(I). With each class setting a lofty goal of 135 kilometers, the school is hoping to reach a total of 13,500 kilometers walked at the end of the campaign.
In addition to raising money for the ACS(I) School Maintenance Fund, the school hopes to foster team spirit among the students as all the classes work to reach the combined goal of 13,500 kilometers together, as well as inculcate in students the importance of building life-long healthy habits.

About the Charity
The Methodist Schools' Foundation is an institution of public character established in 1997 with the following objectives:
- Construct, maintain and improve the school buildings and facilities of the Methodist schools in Singapore
- Purchase educational equipment, teaching aids for the Methodist schools in Singapore
- Provide financial assistance and bursaries to needy students
The Methodist Schools in Singapore and their needy students are the beneficiaries of the Foundation's programmes and fundraising activities. The Foundation is governed by a 11-person Board of Trustees, which is assisted by an Investment Committee.
