Ramadan On Wheels (ROW) is a volunteer driven initiative aimed to provide additional assistance and support to elderly in need and low income families who are struggling to make their ends meet or lost their income due to current economic uncertainty.

As Singapore becomes a smart nation and goes digital in all aspects, the majority of our elderly are struggling to keep up with emerging digital platforms.

ROW 2021 focuses on synergizing community spirit of cooperation with the common purpose to empower the community. ROW 2021 aim to:

a) Reduce the impact of economic hardship by providing food hampers and groceries vouchers to vulnerable families and needy elderly

b) Empower community by ensuring the less fortunate families, especially the seniors are connected in Digital Community through provision of opportunities and support on their digital journey

c) Enable better livelihood and minimizing the impact of social isolation through provision of meaningful engagement and activities to low income and less fortunate elderly

About the Charity

In 1948, the Persatuan Persuratan Pemuda Pemudi Melayu (abbreviated as 4PM) or Malay Youth Literary Association was established with a core mission to maximise youth potential for the benefit of the community.

From its humble beginnings as a small group of passionate individuals providing educational support by offering tuitions to children and cultural activities for youths in kampungs, 4PM has transformed into an organisation that focuses on uplifting the educational status of the community and investing in the young- moulding and shaping the lives of youth as well as supporting the community's social and welfare needs.

Since its inception, 4PM stays true to its mission, "Unite & Serve", rallying individuals in a spirit of cooperation, united with a common purpose for the betterment of the community.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
