Uncertain economy and social environments due to COVID-19 has several individuals and families facing the consequence of getting left behind. Our assistance is catered to help residents cope with difficult times caused by circumstances, such as sudden unemployment or illness.

Loving Heart has distributed more than 720 food gift packs and $3,600 worth of milk powder and diapers in 2020.

Under the Food Gift+ Programme, each pack normally includes rice, noodles, eggs, fruits, biscuits, instant drink, oil, canned food, and elderly milk powder when applicable. In tailoring the programme to become more relevant to today's needs, we also added alternate household sets which include soy sauce, ground pepper, dishwashing liquid, detergent powder, toilet rolls, toothpaste and toothbrushes to curate a more holistic assistance pack for our beneficiaries.

Our Assist Pro Programme aims to provide extra help for families with growing toddlers and seniors in supporting them with formula milk powder or diapers of up to $150 per year. This assistance is catered to low income families, large families and/or single parent families.
