Essential, but often not acknowledged. Foreign spouses, workers and domestic workers build our homes and care for our loved ones. They have chosen Singapore as their home and share our aspirations for a better future. Yet, they often fall through the cracks when facing legal challenges. With the COVID pandemic continuing into 2022, the legal help that they need is more urgent than ever. At Law Society Pro Bono Services, we believe that access to justice should be available to all, regardless of nationality, race, religion or financial ability. We provide legal assistance to foreigners who are vulnerable and in need through the following schemes:

1. Criminal Legal Aid Scheme: Pro bono criminal defence for non-capital offences.
2. Family Justice Support Scheme: Pro bono legal representation for family law issues for foreign spouses with Singaporean children.
3. Ad Hoc Pro Bono Scheme: Pro bono legal representation for those in urgent and exceptional need, who do not qualify for any existing legal aid schemes.
4. Legal Clinics and Outreach, including legal awareness publications and talks/webinars.

By supporting this campaign which raises funds for the abovementioned initiatives, you are empowering the least, the last and the lost in law to achieve fair justice.
