About Campaign

We are HeARTware, a group of youths who care deeply about the community, currently serving under National Youth Council's Youth Corps Leaders Programme. We are currently working on a community project, together with Lakeside Family Services, on implementing a series of Visual Arts programmes to underprivileged children aged 7-12 in Taman Jurong.

HeARTware has curated a curriculum of 16-weekly sessions from March to July. We will be focusing on 3 components during each session: individual activity for creativity exploration, class activity to cultivate the values of respect and teamwork and reflection time using creative ways such as singing and playing games. At the end of the day, we hope to promote social and emotional learning in children through visual arts, consequently shaping their values (respect and teamwork) and developing skills (communicating and creativity) that will benefit them in the long run.

Your contributions will help us get the resources needed to support our project, which aims to empower, enrich, and create memories for our children. As the donations are channelled to support the project to benefit the children, and not directly to Lakeside Family Services' general fund, the 250% tax deduction will not apply.
