About Us

Founded in 1998, HOPE worldwide (Singapore) is a charity with IPC status and an active family life and health education provider, serving the local community through impactful programmes and services for families, youths and elderly, regardless of their race and religion. HOPEwwS is a member of HOPE worldwide Global Network, an international charity.

Our Programmes

Movie Therapy - Uses movies to help people gain self-awareness and work through their life issues through education talks/workshops in schools, corporates, and community organisations. We have developed programmes for Adult Mental Wellness, Active Ageing, Positive Choice Sexuality Education, Smoking Cessation and Family Life Education (FLE). Our signature Movie Therapy FLE programmes, "Good Enough Parenting" and "I Choose Us" marriage programme have been widely received in Singapore.

Community Outreach - Through Outreach we strive to inspire regular volunteer participation on a monthly /bi-monthly basis to help meet the physical and emotional needs of disadvantaged children and adults, including the elderly, physically and mentally-challenged clients.

Hope for Seniors - Our Hope for Seniors programme aims to reach out to low-income seniors and help them age gracefully by providing: 1)Fall Risk Reduction interventions, 2)better living environment through painting and cleaning their 1 and 2-room flats, 3)active ageing, and 4)community support through social interactions and befriending.

Hope for Youth - Our Hope for Youth programme provides disadvantaged and low-income youths with various befriending, educational and sporting opportunities to develop their confidence and life-skills.

Skill Empowerment - Our Skill Empowerment programme in collaboration with E2C provides adults and youths with autism with employability training and job support and life-skills empowerment.
