The impact of your GIVING is now DOUBLED!

To help the charities during the difficult COVID-19 period, Tote Board and the Government provided joint support through the Enhanced Fund-Raising (EFR) Program at a dollar-for-dollar matching.

HEB-Ashram depends largely on donations received from individuals and corporations to fund its programs and services. In order to continue with our effort to make a difference in the lives of recovering addicts and loved ones, we have to raise about $900,000 a year. Your contributions would enable us to help offenders, ex-offenders and their families to lead a responsible and meaningful live and contribute to our society. Every dollar makes the difference.

About the Charity

HEB-Ashram Halfway House was established by the Hindu Endowments Board (HEB) in 1999 with help from the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE), now known as Yellow Ribbon Singapore. It is one of the nine halfway houses supported by the Singapore Prisons Services under the Ministry of Home Affairs. HEB-Ashram is the first halfway house in Singapore to be ISO 9001:2015 certified. It is the only Indian-Hindu halfway house in Singapore and is a registered Institution of Public Character (IPC) that assists in the rehabilitation and reintegration of penal and drug offenders into society
