About Campaign

ends 11 Nov 2022, 11:59 PM
As part of its Environment Protection Program, Shimizu has been supporting the National Parks Board's Garden City Fund's Plant-A-Tree Programme, for the past 11 years. A total of 1,330 trees have been donated by its staff, friends and industry partners.

This year, Shimizu would like to continue its support towards Singapore's greening efforts. Donations raised from 19 Sep 2022 to 11 Nov 2022 through this fundraiser will support National Parks Board's OneMillionTrees Movement. This greening effort is in line with the Singapore Green Plan 2030. It is Shimizu's step forward in taking initiative and be part of the Climate Action Week, organised by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment.

Your continuous support and contribution the past years has made a difference! Let's work together towards fighting climate change and conserving our natural heritage.

About the Charity

Established by the National Parks Board (NParks) in 2002, Garden City Fund is managed independently as a charity, where 100% of donations raised go towards projects it supports. The charity hopes to cultivate a love for the environment, promote a sense of ownership, and encourage the community to play a part in preserving Singapore's legacy as a lush and vibrant City in Nature. Through partnerships with organisations and individuals, GCF provides a platform for the community to be involved and contribute towards conservation, research, outreach and education initiatives.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
