Join us in creating a greener and more sustainable Jurong Island!
Located at the Southwest of Singapore, Jurong Island is home to more than 100 leading petroleum, petrochemical and specialty chemical companies around the world.
JTC, in collaboration with the Garden City Fund (GCF), would like to invite you to contribute to the planting of trees around the island under the Plant-a-Tree programme. Besides reducing our carbon footprint, trees create an attractive workplace environment for our current and future workforce.
For every $300 donated, a tree will be planted. Play your part now!
For enquiries, please contact JTC: Tan Yan Ru at 6883 3382 or Vivienne Tong at 6883 3283.
Note: All donations to GCF with a valid NRIC/FIN number (individual) or local UEN/Business Registration Number (organization) are 2.5 times tax-deductible. Your donation details will be provided to IRAS and included in your next tax assessment automatically.
About the Charity
Established by the National Parks Board (NParks) in 2002, GCF is managed independently as a charity, where 100% of donations raised go towards projects it supports. The charity hopes to cultivate a love for the environment, promote a sense of ownership, and encourage the community to play a part in preserving Singapore's legacy as a lush and vibrant City in Nature. Through partnerships with organisations and individuals, GCF provides a platform for the community to be involved and contribute towards conservation, research, outreach and education initiatives.
