The FRCS Eldercare and Caregivers Centre (ECC) was officially opened in June 2022, serving the elderly population and their caregivers in Bukit Batok Avenue 5. The Calendar 2023 Project is aimed at raising funds for its operations and other FRCS community outreach programmes. Please support us in our fundraising efforts.
As a registered Institution of a Public Character (IPC), your donation(s) of $100 and above are tax deductible. Please include your Name, NRIC Number or Company UEN Number when making your donations.
In support of our growing elder population in Singapore, the Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore embarked on developing the FRCS ECC, which will bring much needed support to our Senior Citizens in the heartlands. The project has incurred a capital expenditure of $465,000 and we budget for an annual operational expenditure of $280,000. We target to raise funds for the first three years of operations.

About the Charity
FRCS is the umbrella body that unites the 23 Rotary Clubs in Singapore and is the charity arm of Rotary in Singapore. Over the past 24 years, the Foundation has transformed gifts into impactful service projects that changed lives in the community - bringing to fruition, the Rotarian ideal of "Service Above Self". In so doing, promoting the core Rotarian values of Fellowship and Global Understanding; Ethics and Integrity; Diversity; Vocational Expertise, Service and Leadership within and beyond the Rotarian community.
