The Charity Walk is organized by EtonHouse Community Fund, an Institution of Public Character (IPC) charity, to raise funds for children from underprivileged backgrounds in Singapore. The Community Fund is committed to help these underprivileged children to change their lives through education. The proceeds from the Charity Walk will go towards benefitting these underprivileged children.

The ECF has over the years championed causes that have benefited children and youth in unfortunate
circumstances. Working together with the Early Childhood Development Agency, the EtonHouse
Community Fund has helped to provide resources for 7 KidSTART playgroup sites for the low-income
families with 8 more sites in the pipeline to be rolled out in 2019.

In August 2018, the EtonHouse
Community Fund also launched a Play Library for the underprivileged children to promote healthy child
development and maintain strong parent-child bonding through play. The ECF 'box of joy' initiative that has completed 3 successful years has reached out to more than 3000
children in Singapore. It has also reached out to 164 children through their baby bonus account to
further their education.

About the Charity

The EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF) was founded on the EtonHouse Group's strong belief in the importance of education and the spirit of giving back to society. Every child regardless of his or her background should have access to good quality education.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
