To celebrate International Women's Day on the 8th of March 2023, the EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF), an IPC Charity, will host a charity gala at Orchard Hotel Singapore to launch its publication, 'Lifting Half the Sky' with stories of ten inspiring women in Singapore. Each of these women, wearing many hats and playing different roles, share unique stories, overcoming adversity, achieving success, and leaving an indelible mark on society for generations to come.

The funds raised from the book sales and the gala dinner will support programmes run by ECF focusing on improving the lives of vulnerable children and families in Singapore. We highlight one of them, Joyful Learning.

Joyful Learning is a year-long programme created for disadvantaged children between 3-6 years so that they embrace learning and gain confidence before they enter primary school. It is a powerful way for children to achieve successful outcomes in school so they can change their circumstances in life when they grow up. Help us bridge the gap and give these children a fighting chance to succeed.
