Surviving on just 1 meal a day.

Depending on a neighbour's generosity to buy your baby's milk powder.

Making do with $10 to prepare dinner for a family of 6.

These are real-life situations that 1 in 5 low-income families in Singapore face.

Food insecurity is a lack of access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food, due to financial or physical constraints. It leads to health issues, developmental issues in young children and exacerbates the cycle of poverty.

"It's a problem of people not having enough income to get the food they want." - NMP, Walter Theseira
