How Your Donation Makes a Difference
Some students from low income families are on financial aid but who fall short of the means-testing criteria. Your $10 will help them.
Your $50 will help to contribute to the various programmes, materials, or equipment.
Your $100 can help subsidise the transport fees for a student from a lower income family for a month. This will ease the financial burden of the family and get the student to school or after school care services.
With $200 or more, you can help our students from low income families, and/or with programme or transport subsidies. Programmes might include Talent Development, Employment and Vocation development, Research and Innovation, Student Care services, Family empowerment, community projects etc. These programmes aim to empower our students to thrive in inclusive communities.
Our Campaign Storyends 18 Jan 2016, 11:59 PM
As I turn a day older, I would like to celebrate this year's birthday with giving. I've chosen to dedicate this campaign to Rainbow Center for its work with a special group of people and the dedicated special education teachers/administrators/volunteers who taught me many precious lessons when I was volunteering actively in my younger days.
About The Charity
At Rainbow Centre, we envision a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities.
We work with our partners to create opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities to make the most of their abilities and participate meaningfully in society. Through practical education, meaningful support and useful training programmes, we strive to increase the quality of life for them and their families.
Established in 1987, Rainbow Centre is a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character.
