About Us

The Singapore Medical Society of Australia and New Zealand (SMSANZ) is a non-profit, student-run organisation that represents all Singaporean medical students across Australia and New Zealand.

Vision
To represent and advocate for all Singaporeans who are pursuing or have completed their medical education in Australia and New Zealand

Mission
To provide academic, community outreach and social networking opportunities to all members

Primary Aims
- Representation: to represent the common interests of all Singaporean medical students currently pursuing, or completed their medical education in Australia and New Zealand
- Education: to provide relevant and up-to-date information for members on training and career opportunities in Singapore
- Outreach: to encourage volunteerism and provide opportunities for members to establish ties and connections with the Singaporean community back home
- Networking: to serve as a platform for members to network with other members, alumni, or esteemed Singaporean doctors
