Hello! We are Project Edelstein, a YFC 2021 (Youth for Causes) team from Hwa Chong Institution. We are working closely with the Bone Marrow Donor Programme to provide support for the countless patients in Singapore suffering from terminal blood-related diseases that require a bone marrow transplant.

Our funds are collected to support the Bone Marrow Donor Programme's work of finding suitable bone marrow donors for the people who urgently need it. For every $180 you donate, one more potential bone marrow donor can be entered into the registry! Project Edelstein is also raising funds via other means, such as through merchandise sales on our Instagram page @project.edelstein. With the current Covid-19 situation, the task of finding a suitable donor is harder than it has ever been as lesser people are keen to join the register making it harder for patients to find matching marrow donors, and we hope you can help us achieve our goal of finding more bone marrow donors.

Our team name, Project Edelstein, with 'Edelstein' being the German word for 'gemstone', signifies the importance and value of a bone marrow donation to the donee, and we hope that you can join us in our journey to provide more of these precious gemstones.
