About Us

As part of Citi's 17th Global Community Day (GCD), "Citi Supports ChildAid 2022 (CPB)" is a fundraising campaign organized by CPB to support ChildAid, a charity concert that raises fund for needy children served by The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (STSPMF) and The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BTBAF).

STSPMF gives students from financially-strapped families allowances for school-related expenses (e.g. meals, transport fares) while BTBAF helps socially-disadvantaged but artistically-talented youth pursue their passion in the arts. In 2021, Citi raised close to S$430,000 for ChildAid despite challenges posed by the global pandemic. The campaign demonstrates our commitment in giving back to the community, and we hope to bring our friends and partners alongside us in this journey. We invite you to join us in our giving journey - a contribution from you goes a long way for our beneficiaries.

Citi's philanthropic and volunteerism efforts were recognized by the People's Association with the Partnership Excellence 2020 award, and by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) as 2020's Champion of Good. As a trailblazer in championing corporate giving, Citi was named the Champion of Good by NVPC in 2018 and was the sole recipient of the President's Award for Volunteerism & Philanthropy (Corporate, Large Enterprise category) in the same year - the highest honour for organizations that have shown excellence in the spirit of giving in Singapore.
