About Campaign

One of the most important causes of suicide, poor mental health affects more people every year. Yet, many sufferers are still not receiving help due to concerns regarding mental health stigma.

One in seven people in Singapore have suffered from a mental illness such as bipolar disorder or alcohol abuse in their lifetime, with depression as the most common mental disorder.

As a mental health charity, Club HEAL provides counselling and rehabilitation services to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We offer caregiver support group and corporate training to empower individuals and organisations in understanding mental health and well-being. We also campaign to raise awareness and promote understanding.

We are appealing for your help to make mental health support accessible to the community and beat the stigma of mental illness. Your donation will give people with mental health illness hope and a chance at improving their lives.

More importantly, help someone know they are not alone.

About the Charity

Club HEAL provides services to peers (people with mental health issues) and their caregivers. Founded in 2012, the organisation has been been advocating understanding of mental health issues though public talks, forums, volunteer training sessions to destigmatise mental illness while empowering peers to regain confidence in themselves and others in their journey towards community reintegration.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
