Support and empower youths suffering from mental health conditions
About Campaignends 30 Sep 2017, 11:59 PM
In Singapore, mental disorders will affect 1 in 10 adults during their lifetime, with early onset of mental illness occurring in their twenties. We have noticed an increasing percentage of younger clientele under the age of 30.
Our concern has lead us to develop a youth mental health programme called the YES initiative. The YES initiative or Your Empowered Self supports youths suffering from or at risk of mental illnesses. Our intervention and programmes provide youths a safe environment to rediscover their strengths, learn methods of self-care and equipping them with the necessary skills to develop appropriate coping mechanisms that will empower them with hope for a better tomorrow.
Your donation will help fund individual psychotherapy and mental health workshops. All donations above S$50 are tax deductible and will be used exclusively for the YES Initiative.
