ends 31 Mar 2017, 11:59 PM

Fund our programme Better and Happier (BAH) to support people who are on their journey of recovery from mental health issues. We provide clients with a safe environment to learn and practice psychosocial skills as a group, interact, share their experiences and offer support to each other. The programme helps clients rediscover their strengths, learn methods and benefits of self-care. Equipping them with the necessary skills to develop appropriate coping mechanism, we empower them with hope for a better tomorrow.

In classroom activities, clients learn:

1) Gratitude
2) Stress Management
3) Coping Techniques
4) Communication and Assertiveness
5) Relationship and Love Languages
6) Dealing with Loss
7) Self-care
8) Problem-solving

Upon graduation, clients are encouraged to form interest groups to facilitate social interaction and promote independence.

Interest groups include:

1) Gardening
2) Paper Quilling
3) Cooking

Help us support people suffering from mental conditions re-integrate back into society. We hope to raise $20,000 to support 80 workshops delivered in 2 locations over a year.
