Recovery from a critical illness can be a difficult process. The most crucial part is to ensure that necessary care is provided to patients immediately after their discharge to avoid readmission to the hospital. However many needy patients lack the resources and care to tide them over this critical period and their health suffers considerably.

As part of HomeCare Assist's efforts to raise funds for these patients to provide them with interim assistance, specially developed calendars featuring ceramic works by Clay Connections, a group of local ceramic artists, are on sale at S$15 each.

With your help, we hope to sell 5,000 copies for this fundraising initiative.

- All calendars are to be collected at Changi General Hospital. Please provide your contact number so that we can make the necessary arrangements for collection.
