About Campaign

The road to recovery after getting discharged from a hospital is not always a smooth one, especially for low-income families. Items and services required for recuperating at home, such as nebulisers, milk feeds, and dialysis, can place a great strain on the family's finances. Due to this, many make the difficult decision of forgoing these needs, which unfortunately cause their condition to worsen.

HomeCare Assist continues to empower these patients to recover at home by providing interim assistance. Since our formation in 2002, we have helped over 4,200 patients, but we cannot do this without your support. A small donation can help a patient breathe with ease through the use of respiratory equipment or receive dialysis multiple times a week.

Your generosity will brighten the eyes and bring a smile to a patient's face.

About the Charity

Changi Health Fund (CHF) was set up in November 2011 to create a network of support for needy patients and to advance medical knowledge as part of Changi General Hospital's continued efforts to improve the health of our community. This is achieved by supporting philanthropic efforts, for needy patients as well as innovation in healthcare delivery, research, and training and education for our staff.

The efforts of CHF in delivering seamless healthcare services to every single patient is made possible through the generosity of individuals.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
