The CHANGE Community Services S3P Shelter (Safe Sound Sleeping Place) at Emmanuel Assembly of God was established in April 2020 to give the homeless and rough sleepers a place to shelter during the Covid 19 Circut Breaker. Since then we have continued to provide shelter for stayers who are able to come to the shelter and bath, wash clothing, keep their personal belongings, and sleep.

CHANGE S3P provides beds/cots, pillows, sheets, blankets, shower heaters, washing machine, dryer, toiletries/hygiene items, face masks, snacks, and wifi for the stayers free of charge.

CHANGE Community Services works with various social service agencies and government bodies to ensure clients have access to the services they need including, applying for housing, financial aid, job search, and family reconciliation.
