CCSS is called to serve the community and to influence and equip individuals and families for empowered living through all generations.

Our goal is to empower people who will then in turn transform the lives of those around them through service and outreach. Our volunteers attempt to work with and inspire people from all walks of life in Singapore, regardless of race, religion or background. We see ourselves as part of a vibrant network of active partnerships, actively matching the needs of individuals and families in the community with individuals and organisations who want to donate.

All donations to CCSS will be used to create a meaningful impact on the lives of the people in the community who need it the most.

CareYouth
We aim to create positive changes in the lives of youths-at-risks through school-based social work. We provide services to these youths through individual or group counselling. We also provide a variety of groupwork that aims to help these youths discover and develop their innate potential.
d'Klub, our community-based social work aims to inspire and motivate children from disadvantaged families to rise above challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

CareElderly
Our Active Ageing Centres reach out to seniors living in the MacPherson and Serangoon districts. We seek to actively engage our seniors and to empower them with a renewed sense of purpose.

CarePrison
In partnership with the Singapore Prison Service, our team of social workers and caseworkers help ex-offenders re-integrate into their families and society to start life afresh.

CareLibrary
The CareLibrary is a structured physical and cognitive program for elderly at risk of or with cognitive impairment.
