How Your Donation Makes a Difference
I can't read my textbooks and my worksheets. With support from a reading teacher, I am starting to be able to read better.
I take more than one hour to get to school and home after Student Care. With subsidies, I can now take the school bus home after Student Care.
I don't want to stay alone at home after school. I want to go to student care. With the subsidies, I can now be with my friends and teachers at Student Care.
As I have hearing loss, I am not able to listen and speak like you. With speech therapy sessions, I can now say my words more clearly and be understood by my friends and family.
About Campaignends 31 May 2020, 11:59 PM
Liz is in Primary 2 this year. Her father passed on when she was just 10 months old and consequently, her mother could not care for her. Thus, she has been living with her grandparents and 4 cousins in a 2 room flat facing many financial difficulties. Liz also has issues with reading, spelling and writing in school.
With the help of Canossaville, Liz is able to attend Student Care at a highly subsidized rate, which provided her with much-needed homework support and supervision. Liz also receives speech therapy to help with her literacy and language development.
Your gift of love will make all the difference in the lives our of children. Would you help them today?
