About Campaign

ends 30 Jun 2020, 11:59 PM
The COVID-19 situation continues to adversely impact the families under our care, with many losing their jobs and experiencing salary cuts. Despite the challenges, we can stand together, to protect our families and help them ride through this period of uncertainty and worry.

Despite the best efforts of our government and other avenues of assistance available to them, many families may not qualify, or may not be supported in an adequate or timely manner. Our families have reached out to us, we have heard their stories, and we want to help.

Canossaville is appealing to you, for your support to enable us to continue our work. EVERY DOLLAR raised will go towards supporting our needy families immediately. And when there is adequate funding, it will be used for other forms of long-term assistance where most needed.

On behalf of Sister Theresa and our families, we THANK YOU for your help and support at this time.

About the Charity

Canossaville Children and Community Services (Canossaville) runs Canossaville Preschool, Canossaville Student Care and Canossian Child Development Unit in the Aljunied-MacPherson area. Our programmes cater to both mainstream students, as well as those with hearing loss, giving priority to the poorest living in the lower income neighbourhoods. We are open to all faiths and races and every child is empowered to develop their God-given talents to the fullest.

Founded by the Canossian Sisters in 1941, Canossaville operates under the guidance of the Canossian Daughters of Charity. We are licensed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Canossaville is also an approved Institute of Public Character (IPC) and is authorised to receive tax-deductible donations.
