Our Campaign Story

ends 30 Jun 2020, 11:59 PM

Yoga is good, purpose is better. Researchers have noticed this in resilient people who emerge from crisis, "When the going gets tough, it's a sense of meaning that helps you push through"

In March & April, through the generosity of our community & teachers in weekly donation-based classes, we have raised $800 for another charity that provides food rations to low income families. Many people have also donated directly to them.

This June, we have chosen "Willing Hearts" as our new beneficiary. Willing Hearts operates a soup kitchen that prepares, cooks and distributes about 7,000 meals daily.

We will be re-starting the donations-based classes every Sat 2-3pm! Sign up today and donate generously. All proceeds go to Willing Hearts.

Here's the lineup.
6th June Forrest Yoga by Esther
13th June Flow by Soojin
20th June Forrest Yoga by YJ
27th June Slow flow by Danica
