Our Campaign Story

ends 31 Mar 2022, 11:59 PM

Hello! We are a group of JC1 students from Dunman High School, hoping to make a difference to the lives of those with mental illnesses, specifically anxiety and depression. To raise awareness regarding mental health, we are running the following: an Instagram page (@y.ourmindmatters), a virtual escape room (in dec 2022) and the uploading of mental health related videos for our schoolmates.

Collaborating with SAMH's EMC campaign, we hope that through the little means, we will receive YOUR support on our journey towards growing our project onto a larger scale. Tote Board will be matching dollar-to-dollar donations to the EMC.

Check our Instagram page out and drop us a DM to find out more! Thank you! :)

About Campaign

SAMH Creative Services (CS) turns 10 this year! We are commemorating this milestone with an inclusive #EatMoveCreateSAMH mental wellness campaign, to raise awareness of how creativity in daily living activities, such as eating, moving and creating, can aid mental well-being. We have an exciting line-up of activities to help you improve your mental fitness, do check them out here (https://www.samhealth.org.sg/emc) or follow @samhealthcreatives on IG on how you can take action and be a mental health champion!

As a non-funded programme, we continue to be dependent entirely on fundraising efforts. Make a direct donation to help us continue our programmes and support person in recovery. Every amount counts and will be doubled through the Tote Board dollar-for-dollar match!

Just as physical fitness helps our bodies to stay strong, mental fitness helps us to achieve and sustain a state of good mental health. Let's EAT well, MOVE often & Just CREATE!

About The Charity

Your donation matters.

Your invaluable donation can empower and help our beneficiaries in their journey to recovery and mental wellness. With your kind support, we can continue to provide rehabilitative, outreach, and creative services and programmes to persons with mental health issues, and help them recover and reintegrate back into the community.

Your generous gift also counts in funding our efforts to raise public awareness about mental well-being and resilience, as well as reduce the social stigma, and promote acceptance and respect for persons with mental health issues.

Established in 1968, the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is a non-profit and non-government social service organization, a registered charity under the Charities Act and an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC). We have also been awarded the coveted Charity Transparency Award in 2018 & 2019 by the Charity Council.
