Our Campaign Story

Thank you for coming here!

These are such unusual times and while do our best to make the most out of this situation, the reality is that we are each experiencing the COVID-19 strain differently and some people are feeling it much harder than others.

There are people alone, those that can't see their loved ones, some with no outdoor space, others are stranded in places they don't call home, people with small kids to entertain and home school, some are with no income, those that are putting their lives at risk for others, people that can't go outside or just too fearful to go out, worst yet, someone you know might be seriously ill not necessarily with the virus but maybe with another illness that continues just the same, with or without the lockdown.

So while we are in the comfort of our homes, let's work out together and contribute a little to our neighbors who are affected by this pandemic. Every dollar makes a difference!!

*Donations will go towards supporting and providing relief to vulnerable individuals and families, including healthcare workers, frontline workers, and volunteers affected by the COVID-19 situation.*

About Campaign

The evolving COVID-19 situation has affected Singaporeans in one way or another, including individuals who are facing loss of income or families that are struggling with additional caregiving duties and additional expenses for essential items.

The Courage Fund was first established in 2003 when Singapore was hit by the SARS outbreak. Fellow Singaporeans donated generously to the Fund to support those who were affected by the outbreak. In this same spirit of uniting the community to support one another through difficult times, Community Chest is rallying the community to provide relief and support to those affected by the current COVID-19 situation.

Where Will Your Donations Go?

Donations will go towards supporting and providing relief to vulnerable individuals and families, including healthcare workers, frontline workers and volunteers, affected by the COVID-19 situation.
