Our Campaign Storyends 31 Dec 2018, 11:59 PM
Transformation by Grace is a collaboration between The Salvation Army and Inner Beauty Crusade. First launched in 2015, this season II of the project aims to raise funds for The Salvation Army Prison Support Services, Kids In Play through docu-dramas based on stories of Kids In Play's clients.
Showcasing how these families overcame life's most challenging circumstances and how their lives were transformed with the help from The Salvation Army, these docu-dramas hope to highlight the plight of families suffering from the incarceration of their parents or spouses.
The Salvation Army Prison Support Services, Kids In Play's vision is to build a society where families of incarcerated persons are embraced. It helps strengthens family ties through its focus on reintegration work. It also works closely with community partners to support these families so that they can reconcile with their incarcerated family members and motivate them to reintegrate back into society.
Your giving will enable affected families learn to manage stigmatisation, build self-confidence and develop stronger bonds with each other. Thank you for helping to keep families intact and building an inclusive society.
About The Charity
The Salvation Army has been touching lives in Singapore since 1935 and we remain committed in serving the underprivileged in the community without discrimination. To us, every life is precious and we actively help those in need regardless of age, race or religion.
Throughout the years, we have established a comprehensive network of social services to meet a wide range of needs in our community. Our diverse programmes reach out to children who need care and protection, families in material need, ailing aged requiring quality nursing care and other needy segments in our society.
Your support goes a long way in helping to transform our beneficiaries lives. Because of your kindness, many can have hope for tomorrow.
* Please note that we can only accept donations (from this portal) for The Salvation Army Singapore and not overseas countries.
