Our Campaign Storyends 30 Nov 2020, 11:59 PM
The lives of many have been disrupted and impacted in unprecedented ways through the measures put in place to address the current pandemic. With such monumental efforts being put forth to counteract the spread of Covid-19, donations have plunged as fundraising events have had to be cancelled.
To support the ongoing mission of Singapore Police Force's adopted charity the Community Chest, officers from SPF TransCom are raising funds through Ride for Charity Event. For every $10 donated, NS Leadership team will be cycling 1km - with a goal to cover a total distance of 400km.
Target Amount - S$4,000
Cycling Distance - 400KM, $10 for every 1KM
Cyclists - 2 groups of 10 NS KAH/RAH
Route (Between SPF TransCom Bases)
Group 1 - Paya Lebar HQ to Woodlands Sub-Base
Group 2 - Woodlands Sub-Base to Paya Lebar HQ
The target amount of S$4,000 would equate to cycling a total distance of 400km which will be covered by 2 groups of 5 NS KAH/RAH.
Proceeds from this event will go to Community Chest. At this final stretch of the campaign, your strong support by donating generously will benefit the lives of the underprivileged and vulnerable. In these challenging times, let us not forget the less fortunate.
Thank you for your generosity and strong support!
