How Your Donation Makes a Difference
$10 will pay for 1-way transport for a rehabilitation session at ABLE.
$50 will pay for 2-5 rehabilitation sessions (based on National means testing)
$100 will provide 3 hours of home-based respite for 1 caregiver.
$200 will support rehabilitation and respite services for 1 physically challenged client and caregiver for 1 week.

This December, The Moving Body team gives back to the community with various types of classes at their studios. Understanding the abilities of those in ABLE, the TMB team aspire to bring out the extent of what our bodies can achieve with practice. Our teachers volunteer their time during the #GivingWeek to teach the classes as part our of fundraising efforts for ABLE.

Our mission is to enable the physically challenged to live with dignity and to have a productive, meaningful and independent life.
Abilities Beyond Limitations and Expectations (ABLE) provides rehabilitation therapy, training and job support to enable beneficiaries to return to suitable and sustainable employment.
ABLE also offers respite services to Family Caregivers and their physically challenged Care Recipients.
ABLE was incorporated on 25 October 2010 and began operations as a member of Caritas Singapore, the social and community arm of the Catholic Church in Singapore. ABLE obtained certification as an Institution of a Public on 24 November 2010.
