Gifts left: 18 (1 Dec 2022)

Meet Patricia, a supporter of Canossaville. She is also the talented owner of Deckle Edges Makes, an online website retailing handmade items such as notebooks, totebags and pouches. She mostly enjoys crafting with paper, fabric, haberdashery and needlework. She likes her creations to be expressive, tactile and vivid.

She hopes to appeal to donors like yourself to contribute to Canossaville to benefit the children and their families under our care.

To thank donors, the first 25 donors who donate $80 or more to this campaign, shall receive one (1) handmade notebook by Patricia. To be eligible, please include your Singapore Residential Address upon donation.

The notebooks will be mailed out by Canossaville within 2-3 weeks of your donation. The notebooks are of varied designs and are mailed out randomly on a first come, first served basis.

Thank you!

About Campaign

Every year, we all look forward to a special occasion. For some it could be a birthday, for others, a festive season such as Christmas. While we all celebrate these special occasions in our own ways, many also choose to give and share with others who need a little bit more help.

At Canossaville Children and Community Services, our programmes and services are open to our children and their families all year round, with priority given to those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Education is at the core of what we do and our Canossian Circle of Care provides the supporting structure to children through a preschool, after-school care as well as a child development unit.

This can only be made possible with the support of donors like yourself. We advocate for sustainable giving all year round to support all our programmes and services. In reality, donors tend to only donate at the end of the year during the season of giving.

Thank you for remembering us during this season of giving. Your special thoughts warm the hearts of our children and their families under our care.

Thanks to the support of Tote Board's enhanced fund-raising programme, all donations to the Season of Giving campaign shall be eligible for 40% matching by the Singapore Government and Tote Board up to cap of $250,000 per charity. Every dollar counts towards our work!

About The Charity

Canossaville Children and Community Services (Canossaville) runs Canossian Early Intervention Programme For Infants and Children (EIPIC), Canossaville Preschool, Canossaville Student Care and Canossian Child Development Unit in the Aljunied-MacPherson area.

Our programmes cater to both mainstream students, as well as those with hearing loss, giving priority to the poorest living in the lower income neighbourhoods. We are open to all faiths and races and every child is empowered to develop their God-given talents to the fullest.

Founded by the Canossian Sisters in 1941, Canossaville operates under the guidance of the Canossian Daughters of Charity. We are licensed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Canossaville is also an approved Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and is authorised to receive tax-deductible donations.
