Caritas Singapore serves poor, vulnerable and marginalised communities, regardless of race, religion or status.
I am launching this fund-raising initiative in support of the various CHARITABLE programmes planned, managed and operated by them. These include, among others, counselling, mental health services, pregnancy crisis support, financial aid and food rations for the needy, dementia support and bursary awards.
I am making this personal appeal to you to generously support my fund-raising drive, to bring cheer to needy families, their children and the elderly, during this season of CHRISTMAS.
As a matter of interest, with your help and support my last fund-raising effort, also done on behalf of Caritas Singapore, played a significant role in serving some of the more than 50,000 persons-in-need of help and assistance.
May I please, once again appeal to you to share the contents of your wallets and purses, with those who have much less than us. Mindful that your generous support will come with an eligible 250% tax deduction.
