Our Campaign Story
ends 05 Jun 2022, 11:59 PMI believe every child deserves the right to a childhood. But because of adversities not every child is guaranteed that right.
The President's Challenge supports some of the most impactful non-profit organizations. And here in Singapore, a little bit of effort whether volunteering or a donation can go a long way towards positively impacting lives of those that are disadvantaged.
So I'm using this fundraiser to give a little bit of visibility towards making a positive impact.
About The Charity
The President's Challenge started in 2000 and represents a coming together of people from all walks of life, under the President's patronage, to help those who are less fortunate. It is the President's call to all Singaporeans to do their part to build a more caring and cohesive society.
While fundraising continues to be at the heart of President's Challenge, the campaign has gone beyond the giving of money to the giving of time, skills and talent for the less fortunate. President now seeks to play a bigger role in nurturing stronger communities by expanding support for programmes beyond the social service sector and to encourage the young and elderly population to be involved in community work.
