Our Campaign Story

ends 05 Nov 2021, 11:59 PM

World Mental Health Day 2021 is approaching on the 10th of October, and we at Revel Cycle would like to get involved to raise awareness on the importance of mental health - especially since the last two years has been so difficult for many of us.

As part of SAMH Creative Services' 10th anniversary, they have launched a mental wellness campaign to promote creative and healthy living in our daily lives through the motto: "EAT well, MOVE often, just CREATE" - a motto that resonates with our studio and our wellness initiative at Revel Cycle as well.

Join us for 2 amazing and sweaty charity indoor cycling charity rides to commemorate WMH Day 2021 and get those happy endorphins going!

To book in, please fill up this form by 11th October 2021: https://forms.gle/kdd7RB21jeJFB7Kq5

About Campaign

SAMH Creative Services (CS) turns 10 this year! We are commemorating this milestone with an inclusive #EatMoveCreateSAMH mental wellness campaign, to raise awareness of how creativity in daily living activities, such as eating, moving and creating, can aid mental well-being. We have an exciting line-up of activities to help you improve your mental fitness, do check them out here (https://www.samhealth.org.sg/emc) or follow @samhealthcreatives on IG on how you can take action and be a mental health champion!

As a non-funded programme, we continue to be dependent entirely on fundraising efforts. Make a direct donation to help us continue our programmes and support person in recovery. Every amount counts and will be doubled through the Tote Board dollar-for-dollar match!

Just as physical fitness helps our bodies to stay strong, mental fitness helps us to achieve and sustain a state of good mental health. Let's EAT well, MOVE often & Just CREATE!

About The Charity

Your donation matters.

Your invaluable donation can empower and help our beneficiaries in their journey to recovery and mental wellness. With your kind support, we can continue to provide rehabilitative, outreach, and creative services and programmes to persons with mental health issues, and help them recover and reintegrate back into the community.

Your generous gift also counts in funding our efforts to raise public awareness about mental well-being and resilience, as well as reduce the social stigma, and promote acceptance and respect for persons with mental health issues.

Established in 1968, the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is a non-profit and non-government social service organization, a registered charity under the Charities Act and an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC). We have been awarded the coveted Charity Transparency Award in 2018 & 2019 by the Charity Council. SAMH is also the 2020/21 recipient of the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) Special Merit.
