Depression is a serious illness, and can happen to anyone, including the young.

A person with acute depression can't help but feel sad, helpless and hopeless. One cannot fight depression alone. Without appropriate intervention and support, when the pain and agony gets overwhelming, sufferers may make heartbreaking decision to end their lives. In 2020, 94 people aged 10 to 29 killed themselves.

Limitless, a youth-centred organisation, provides mental health support and therapy for youths aged 12 to 25 through the following programmes:

- Mental Health Support Helpline
- Mental Health Casework & Counselling
- Educating & Training of youths, parents
and educators
- Groupwork & Programs (through Dance,
Music & Sports)
- Outreach through talks, workshops and
social media
