"Do I wish I had never endured postpartum depression? Absolutely. But to deny the experience is to deny who I am. I still mourn the loss of what could have been, but I also feel deep gratitude for those who stood by me, for the lesson that we must never be afraid to ask for help, and for the feeling of summer that still remains." - Bryce Dallas Howard, Actress.

This year's Ramadan Runs campaign is a collective effort to do good by raising money, and more importantly, awareness of women (and men) who suffer from Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) - distressing feelings such as depression and anxiety etc. that occur during pregnancy (prenatal) and throughout the first year after pregnancy (postpartum).

If you know someone who needs help, Clarity Singapore can be contacted at 67577990 or via email at [email protected].

The collective will be running throughout Ramadan and donating individually in the range of $1-3 per kilometre covered. We appreciate your contributions in support of our endeavours, and more importantly, to allow mothers in need to seek help from trained mental health professionals.

Clarity Singapore will not be responsible for donations made outside of the Giving.sg platform and/or Clarity Singapore's official channels.
