When I Grow Up is a new initiative by Raffles Institution Interact Club (Y5-6) that aims to raise awareness amongst the school population of the disadvantaged children from low income families in Singapore.
Partnering with Children's Wishing Well (CWW), Raffles Interact aims to challenge the idea of just merely providing our help to those who are in need, but rather go one step beyond to help to realise the potential of children from lower-income families and not let their current circumstances define who they are now and in the future.
In this fundraising activity, all proceeds from the donations that we have collected will be fully donated to CWW to fund their key programmes, which also includes Reach for the Stars. Do find out more about the programmes that CWW offer on their website.
Let us all help to give children a better future!
About The Charity
Children's Wishing Well is a non-profit organisation and registered charity which was founded in 2002. We provide a broad range of services for children and youth from low-income families nationwide. Our services support their current educational and daily living needs, and equip them with skills for their future, so as to build a strong foundation for them to contribute as useful members of society.
Cash donations above $50 are eligible for 250% tax deduction, if full name and NRIC/FIN/UEN number are provided.
