Our Campaign Story

ends 10 Oct 2021, 11:59 PM

Hi everyone! Project Halo is a Youth For Causes (YFC) project that aims to shine light on the less-privileged youths and children from our partnering organisation, Boys' Town, including those facing abuse and neglect. We do so by raising funds through our various initiatives such as online concert and merchandise sales to raise awareness for this group of youths and children.

Boys' Town helps children and youths, regardless of boys or girls that come from disadvantaged and disengaged families by providing a holistic range of assistance, such as emotional and academic support. Despite the challenges and difficulties that these youths face in their lives, Boys' Town believes that they are still capable of becoming socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.

Any amount donated, be it $1 or $100, are all part of making a difference to the youths and children from Boys' Town and they are all equally appreciated!

About The Charity

Boys' Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for war-torn orphans, imparting education and life skills to them. Over the years, we have expanded to provide a continuum of services serving children and youth in-need. Boys' Town's services now include residential care, fostering, youth outreach, adventure therapy and clinical intervention.

Boys' Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youth who come from disadvantaged and disengaged families who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, financial struggles, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys' Town works with over 1,000 children and youths.

With 73 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys' Town equips the children and youths in need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.

All qualifying donations are eligible for 250% tax deduction (if applicable).
