Depression; populates your mind after feeling lonely and sad for a long time.

Our delicate minds are vulnerable to sadness in somewhere our life, somebody may be able to recover them back to normal but some of our people cannot be back to their stable minds and instead, they are stuck with sadness long time and become depressed.

Before going to this stage, we should help anybody who feels sadness very deeply, iteratively for a long time. Let's put our hands together to help them.

In this decade, life is indescribably tough for kids. There are children who commit suicide before they live a decade, and more and more youths are falling into depression. To some, breaking past the 'teen' years is an achievement itself.

Established in 1997, Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore) is a boutique charity that focuses on helping at-risk youths succeed in life. In 2010, NCSS recognized this and appointed CARE as a Centre of Specialisation for Youth Empowerment so that they can help raise service quality in the youth sector.
