Our Campaign Story
ends 18 May 2023, 11:59 PMHello Everyone,
I would like to do my part by creating awareness and fundraise for all the children who are fighting against cancer. Everyone can do simple little things to make a difference and every little bit does count. The donation raised will enable the continued provision of free programmes and services for CCF beneficiaries and their families.
Being diagnosed with cancer can invoke feelings of distress which are often overwhelming and heart-wrenching for the children and their loved ones. It is difficult to understand the type of struggles they go through when learning that they are diagnosed with cancer. Besides caring for children with cancer, CCF also acknowledges the need to provide psychosocial support to the siblings and parents of the patient.
I was once a CCF beneficiary when I was just 3 years old and diagnosed with Ganglioneuroblastoma, that half year of treatment had been emotionally and physically exhausting for everyone who love me. The dedication from CCF made many tough times bearable, hence my family and I were very grateful to CCF for all the love and support that they had given to us. I hope that children with cancer will know that they are not alone in this battle against childhood cancer and we are supporting them in every way we can.
"Their laughter will make your heart melt.
Their strength will make a grown person cry.
If you ever see a child fight against cancer, it will change your life forever."
