As l look back on my life, I realize that everytime I felt I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being given the opportunity to thrive for something better. If you have the right support team and a willing mindset, hard times will lead to something great. The chosen charity for Mrs Singapore World 2022 this year is the Singapore Association for Mental Health. A truly engaging, enlightening, and fulfilling journey evolving me even more in the process. Unfortunately in Singapore, there is a lot of social stigma surrounding the importance of mental well-being, resulting in many people underestimating or ignoring the importance altogether. Let us try to understand more about this and start building a positive and safe environment for everyone out there. A little assurance and understanding can make a huge difference for someone. I am a survivor and so are you. If you wish to contribute to the associtation, please click on the link https://www.giving.sg/campaigns/mrssgw_finalist_-_cindy_lim
Thank you so much.
